Smarova Shipping Policy

Welcome to Smarova! We are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience for our customers in the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States (US). Below are the details regarding how we process and ship your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

Duration: All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During this period, we conduct quality checks, package your items securely, and hand them over to the shipping carrier to generate your tracking number.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We ship our products directly from our partner warehouses to ensure we offer you the best prices. Our estimated shipping times are:


United Kingdom (UK): 7 to 12 business days.

United States (US): 7 to 12 business days.


📌 Please Note: "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Slight delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or during peak holiday seasons, which are beyond our control.


3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your package in real-time.

It may take 2 to 3 days for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system after you receive the tracking number.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

While the vast majority of our orders shipped to the UK and US arrive without any additional fees due to low-value thresholds, any potential import clearance fees, local taxes, or customs duties levied by the destination country must be paid by the recipient.

5. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@smarova.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.
