Smarova Refund & Return Policy
At Smarova, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (100% Guaranteed)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will make it right!
What to do: Contact us at contact@smarova.com within 7 days of delivery.
What to provide: You must email us clear photos and/or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item along with your order number.
Our solution: Once verified, we will send you a 100% free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
2. Returns Due to Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse)
If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or no longer want it, the following conditions apply:
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
Return Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee: A standard 10% restocking fee may apply to cover payment processing fees.
3. ⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING: Do Not Return to Sender
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the address printed on the package shipping label (this is our manufacturer's warehouse address and they cannot process retail customer returns).
Any package returned to the shipping label address without our prior authorization will be lost, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
To initiate a return, you must first email us at contact@smarova.com to receive the correct authorized return address.
4. Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 35 business days from the shipment date, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
Incorrect Address: We cannot issue refunds if the package is undelivered because you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
5. How Refunds are Processed
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
